Short Staff? Ask if an A.I bot could do the job instead (and make your current employees happier)

When we talk to SMBs the one problem that keeps coming up over and over is staffing.

It is getting harder and harder to find good people.

At the same time, it is getting easier and easier for intelligent automation to do many tasks currently done by people.

That's why it may make sense for you to think about supplementing your human employees with digital employees.  These are A.I bots that can carry out tasks as well or better than people, for a fraction of the cost.

If implemented correctly, adding these bots can even make your existing employees happier.

Not sure if A.I is right for you?  Great news.  There is a government grant that can cover up to 90% of the cost of finding out what would make sense in your company.  You'll learn more about this program and how to apply.

About the Presenter

This talk is given by John Stroud of A.I Guides. Most organizations that try to adopt A.I and intelligent automatons struggle because they get matched to the wrong solutions.  A.I Guides provides independent advice on the best fit for your company, so that you can leverage the power and potential of A.I.

John and his colleague, Jen Schellinck, work with SMBs to enhance their digital maturity by finding A.I solutions that grow the business and which their employees love.
