Resistance to EDI and Reconciliation Labour Relations (presented by Edmonton Business Diversity Network, moderated by With People Inc. President Sam Kemble)

Edmonton Business Diversity Network presents: Resistance to EDI and Reconciliation in Labour Relations.  This panel is being held virtually from 12:00-1:30 EST (10:00-11:30 MST) on March 24, 2023. This important panel is being moderated by Sam Kemble, President of With People Inc., an Indigenous-owned and woman-owned Human Resources and Labour Relations Firm with offices in Prince George,  Edmonton, Winnipeg and Ottawa.  The panelists are: Barbara James, a 4th year carpenter apprentice and champion of BIPOC inclusion in the trades,  Dr. Tibetha Stonechild Kemble, PhD, Indigenous educator and Dean of Arts and Sciences at Norquest College, and John Briegel, former business manager of IBEW who has led EDI efforts from a leadership position in bargaining, member relations, grievances, and human rights administration.
