• How to prepare and research for an interview

• The difference between behavioural and situational interview questions

• What pandemic-related questions may be asked

• How to provide specific and impactful examples for ALL questions – common ones plus the ones that “stump” you

• Techniques to build rapport with the interviewer

• How to ask strategic questions at the end of the interview

• Follow up with impact and appreciation
