Common Ground - An OBOT Member Networking Experience
Welcome to Common Ground, a complimentary OBOT member-to-member networking event to build a stronger sector.
Common Ground are conversations where business leaders examine areas where SMEs need support, and brainstorm resources needed to address these gaps. Each conversation throughout the year will focus on a different theme to enable a deep dive into that topic, allowing the group to identify which resources already exist in our community, and what opportunities there are for development and collaboration.
The Discussion
Our first conversation will be a high-level exploration of three challenges that we hear from SMEs.
- AI adoption and integration
- Mental wellbeing for SMEs
- Workforce development
The Audience
This conversation is best suited for small and medium-sized businesses who are looking to scale up or improve efficiencies in their teams. The ability to contribute to the specific topics above will providing an enriching conversation for all participants.
We encourage only one representative per business, to ensure a diverse representation of perspectives in the conversation.
